American Pancakes


Ingredients:

Liquid Ingredients:

450 ml – Milk

3 – Eggs

3 spoons – Melted Butter


Solid Ingredients

450 g – Flower

1+½ - Baking Powder

6 spoons – Sugar

A small sprinkle of Salt


Extra Ingredients (you don't need them so much, but they add a nice taste)

Cinnamon, Vanilla Sugar, Mix of orange peel/skin

Preparation:

The whole thing shouldn't take more than 1 hour to have them ready.

You will need 2 bowls: You put the Solid ingredients in one and the Liquid Ingredients in the other.
You mix them separately.
You pour the Liquid ingredients into the Solid ones little by little while mixing.
When the composition is mixed well, it will be ready.
Next you pour the composition little by little in a frying pan (with or without oil - depending on your frying pan)
You flip the pancake with a spatula when it starts showing signs of bubbles.
The fire should be medium.

Then you add jam, marmalade, sirup etc.
